Appointed by the ER. They organize the Lodge, prepares candidates for initiation and introduces visiting members.
They are responsible for organizing the Lodge for its meetings and preparing candidates for initiation. Additionally, they examine and introduce visiting members, supervise the ballot process, and transmit official messages as directed by the Exalted Ruler.
